When going to install a Solar System I didn’t realize how much reading and asking questions I would be doing. I went to the internet like most would do and found there were many solar companies. The Government grant was there, Different panels, Different Inverters etc. etc.
Received a number of quotes from the Solar companies for starters. One company, Space Solar gave me more information than most others. Reece in sales sent me numerous information about Inverters, Panels and the way they work. I asked many questions and Reece always had the time and patience to answer no matter when I spoke to him. After installing Solar with “Space Solar” I am satisfied that I made the right decision going with Space Solar.

I just wanted to drop you guys a quick note to say how thrilled we are with our Solar System that you installed for us last year.
We have watched our energy bill reduce over the last period and have now received our first comparable bill from AGL and are absolutely thrilled with the savings! Our current bill has come in at $176 this period as against $1417 at the same time last year! This is an amazing result for us and probably better than we expected.

I just wanted to say thank you for helping me get set up with solar panels. The installation was completed on the weekend and I’m thrilled. It’s been so interesting watching the levels change in the app. The installation team were fantastic and friendly.
I just noticed the roof map has been updated in the app, which is great to see. I don’t have the final invoice with me at the moment, but I’ll transfer the remaining amount when I get home tonight.
I think the only outstanding thing is Energy Australia enabling us to feed energy back into the grid? Apologies if I’m using the wrong terms.

Space Solar were great from the first contact with Alison from sales and her follow up help. Then dealing with Kirsty in admin provided all the info and did all the paperwork for the energy supplier and retailer. Installation was organized faster then I expected and Andy even rang me on the installation day to tell me was ruining 10 minutes late just so I knew he was on his way.
The install team were very friendly and did a great job and even moved a roof vent to a new location free of charge just so the job would look neater and more uniform instead of having a string of 12 panels and a string of 10 panels. By moving the roof vent they made it two strings of 11 panels. I didn’t ask them to do it or expect them to do it for free they just did it. Andy did all the paperwork for the STC or solar rebate and gave me a rundown on how the system worked and all the manuals and warranty paperwork. I would highly recommend Space Solar to anyone thinking about solar you will be very happy with their service.
